I strive to ensure customers are receiving the best value possible when buying from me. Large amounts of customer returns drive up costs which are usually passed on to other consumers. In order to keep pricing low, I have a more restrictive return policy then the majority of other big name stores.
Items sold in New condition may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. A 30% restocking fee will apply and you must pay for return shipping. In the unlikely event that the item arrives to you damaged or does not function properly, the restocking fee will be waved. For items arrived physically damaged you must provide pictures of the damage within 2 days of the delivery date.
Items sold in Used condition may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. These do not have a restocking fee however you must pay for shipping all shipping charges. If the item is being returned due to being non functional, any shipping fees will be reimbursed. For items arrived physically damaged you must provide pictures within 2 days of the delivery date.
